Friday

July 24 · Arrival

4:00 PM

Check-in opens. Arrive and settle in at Balinakill.

Evening

Settle in and explore the grounds. Dinner is up to you, either in Tarbert or at the house.

Saturday

July 25 · Spa Morning + Welcome Dinner

10:00 AM

Spa group takes the ferry from Tarbert to Portavadie (arrives 10:25).

11 AM–1 PM

Spa appointments, sauna, and the infinity pool. Back by mid-afternoon.Everyone else enjoys the house or does their own thing.

6:30 PM

Welcome seafood dinner at the house: smoked salmon, langoustines, and crab from Skipness, plus steaks and sides.

7:30 PM

Speeches and toasts.

Attire

Ladies: casual midi or maxi dress, flats, sandals, or comfortable heels. Guys: polo or button-down with trousers or chinos, no tie. All at the house, no need to get fancy. Inspo board.

Sunday

July 26 · The Wedding

Daytime

Free until the festivities. Rest up, it's a big night.

6:00 PM

Ceremony at Balinakill.

6:30 PM

Cocktail hour and family photos.Trent and Carleigh slip off for portraits.

7:45 PM

Dinner reception, with dinner by Argyll Chef's Table.

9:00 PM

Everyone gets ready for the pub, with a 9:30–9:45 departure for the Corner House in Tarbert, open until 1 AM.Group transport from the house and back is being arranged. Gents: optional kilt change for the pub!

Attire

Black tie optional. Tux or dark suit for the men, midi to long dress for the women. Moodboards: ladies · gents.

Monday

July 27 · Recovery Day

All Day

No hard plans. Sleep in and enjoy the house.

1:00 PM

Casual Italian lunch at Cicchetti in Tarbert for whoever's up for it.

Tuesday

July 28 · Golf + Campbeltown

Morning

Golf for the guys at Machrihanish Dunes.

1:00 PM

Everyone meets for lunch at the Old Clubhouse Pub, right off the course.

Afternoon

Casual wander through Campbeltown: whisky shops and drams at Springbank and Glen Scotia for whoever's interested.

Wednesday

July 29 · Clay Shooting + Isle of Gigha

10:00 AM

Clay pigeon shooting at Tarbert Gun Club, only 5–10 minutes from the house.£40 per person, cash. Instruction included, zero experience needed. Plan for about 2–3 hours of shooting.

Ferry from Tayinloan to the Isle of Gigha.

~2:00 PM

Late seafood lunch at The Boathouse, right on the water.

7:00 PM

Traitors game night at the house.

Thursday

July 30 · Inveraray

Day Trip

Drive up Loch Fyne (about 1 hr 15) to Inveraray Castle, plus the gardens and the whitewashed town.

Friday

July 31 · Departure

10:00 AM

Check-out (strict, sadly). Trent and Carleigh depart.

Dunskeig Beach: a peaceful 30-minute walk from the house with birdlife, seal-spotting, and bracing cold-water swims for the brave.

Tarbert

Harbour walks, shops and galleries, a stroll to White Shore or Shell Beach, and fish and chips by the water.

Skipness

Castle ruins next to the Seafood Cabin with views across to Arran. Say hi to Coco the deer.

Gigha

Beyond Wednesday's lunch: white sand beaches, Achamore Gardens, and bike hire on the island.
